Job Responsibilities

You will be required to greet visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain records, and provide basic assistance to clients and colleagues within the office/facility, while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all who enter; requiring strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a compassionate attitude towards the elderly or individuals with care needs

You will act as the primary point of contact, welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive first impression for clients and their families, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations, all while providing a compassionate and supportive demeanour. 

Educational Requirements

Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
